Make your own ceramic Christmas ornaments in a fun filled day at the Campo de Flori Farm. This course is aimed for those with no clay knowledge, to those who have worked with clay before and just love getting their hands dirty. Create your own special keepsakes that can hang on your tree year after year, or give them away as special presents to your family and friends, they will be so impressed! Ornaments are made using a mid-fire porcelain clay and you can decorate them how ever you like. You should be able to make 25 beautiful creations during this time.
This is a two day workshop with a week in between to allow for firing time. First day is 5 hours including lunch. Then return the next week for two hours to finish up the glazing. If you cant make it back I can do the glazing for you and post off the ornaments for an additional charge.
Limited to 4 people per day.
Cost $195.00 plus booking fee
Workshop includes: -clay, all tools, underglazes for decoration, shape cutters ( but feel free to bring your own favorites), glaze, two firings, and morning tea and lunch on day one.
